While some of you may love this time of year, this hot steamy weather can sometimes make my job a little more difficult...in the sense of making makeup last longer. And we know most will say that less is more (and its true) if...you can do it and still feel comfortable. Now...I know that there are those that don't feel comfortable or "safe" going out without a full face or full coverage makeup. If this is the case, for this time of year I recommend getting yourself a long wear foundation.
This type of makeup also works well with all skin types...there are foundations for dry, normal and oily skin. As well as varying SPFs for sun protection.
Even though these are long wear, I do recommend using a light powder to set your foundation and reduce shine. Do remember that most of the long wear will have more coverage, and they should be able to be layered, reducing or eliminating the need for concealer. Which will help with the less is more...
